I recieved this Star on a promotion. It is made of a thick gauge plastic. Easy up set up. Colors are bright, some of the presets functions on the remote are my favorite. Easy to set up via the app as well. Assembly instructions could be better, especially if you don't have the patience to try several methods. We are enjoying this Star so far.

The star folds up, and is made out of a softer plastic material, there are no instructions and it took a couple of tries to figure out how to attach the four clips correctly. Annoying enough that it almost lost a star, BUT that was a few days ago, and I think I got over it.

The star is large, plenty bright and is being used as a window decoration. It has many different pre set light modes, and also allows you to do custom designs in the app. If you don't want to deal with the app, no worries there is a remote.

This needed a quick set-up. It comes folded, and opens as a hand fan would, with the two ends meeting. Small, snaps on each end line up, and snap into place. The star slips over a post on the topper base and plugs into a USB power source. I appreciate the lengthy power cord. The material is thick and durable. Even with applying some force, it took perfect, symmetrical shape and snapped into place. It looks good. Our artificial tree lacks good top support, but this is so lightweight, getting it in place should be a non-issue. We keep our tree lights on evenings and nights when we're home, so how it looks on is our priority. The lights are very bright, colorful, and plentiful. They look really cool behind the semi-translucent, pearlescent she'll. You can use the in-line switch, included remote, or download the app to control the star. You can choose from a variety of colors, effects, customize your setting, and use the audio-sensitive function. Our tree is visible from our living and dining areas, we do like being able to keep it on but control it from anywhere. It really does have lot of features for the selling price and functions perfectly. Looking forward to how convenient this will be to have. Nice product.
