Lumary 5/6 inch Smart RGBAI Led Disk Light Pro

Nice light easy install bright and colorful easy setup works with Alexa

Love these lights they are beautiful replacement for regular recessed lights. They were super easy to install, there are so many setting and my favorite thing is I can control them with Alexa and they were so easy to connect to wifi and Alexa. I bought more for the bedrooms after installing in the living room.

This is an incredibly bright disk light. The center light has various shades of white, where as the halo has multi color options and can be adjusted for various patterns. You also have the option of choosing which light is turn on. Individual light or both. Light feels pretty durable, I mean, hopefully once it’s mounted, there is never a reason to test that function. It also comes with several mounting options. If mounting to an existing junction box, the assembly is ready for installation out of the box. It took less than 10 minutes to have this light installed and connected to the app.Disclosure: I received this item for free through the Amazon Vine program in exchange for an honest review. I am not paid or influenced to give a positive rating.About this review: This review is written by me, based on my personal use of the product. I do not use auto-generative features, such as AI to write product assessments. How I rate:⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ (5 stars) – The product delivers what I realistically expect at its price. It does the job it claims to do, with no meaningful issues. This includes inexpensive or “budget” items. A $15 item that performs like a $15 item can still be 5 stars, because it is good value for the cost.⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ (4 stars) – Generally solid, but with a small flaw, missing feature, or slightly weaker value than it should have for the price.⭐ ⭐ ⭐ (3 stars) – Average. Works, but either the quality feels cheap for the cost, or the design/fit/finish is just okay. Usable, but not impressive.⭐ ⭐ (2 stars) – Below expectations. It technically functions but has notable problems, durability concerns, or is overpriced for what you get.⭐ (1 star) – Does not perform its basic job, arrived defective, broke immediately, or is so badly designed that I would not recommend buying it even at a discount. In short: I don’t rate based on “Is this the nicest version of this product I’ve ever seen?” I rate based on “Does this product deliver fair value for the price it’s sold at?”

I installed this light in my living room and overall I’m impressed with how flexible and modern it makes the space feel. The ability to choose from millions of colors or adjust a warm-to-cool white temperature (2700 K–6500 K) lets me set almost any mood — cozy warm evenings, bright daylight-style for cleaning or work, or fun colorful vibes for music or parties. The brightness is solid (around 1100 lumens), and the flush-mount design is very slim and clean — once installed, it blends into the ceiling nicely. Using it with voice commands through my smart-home assistant works well; I also like that I can control multiple lights as a group or individually using the app. That said, there are a few things I noticed that could be better:It’s not compatible with traditional wall dimmer switches, so if your home relies on those, you’ll need to keep the wall switch permanently “on” and dim via the app or voice. For color modes (especially strong RGB colors), the effect is more about ambience than functional lighting — for everyday tasks I usually stick to the white light.Setup was mostly easy, but configuration (connecting to Wi-Fi, app pairing, grouping lights) takes a little time — not hard, but not instant “plug-and-play” either.Overall — this is a great choice if you want a versatile, smart ceiling light that can adapt from bright task lighting to mood-setting RGB vibes. It works especially well for living areas, bedrooms, or entertainment spaces where you want flexible lighting and smart-home integration.

I installed this Lumary Smart Disk Light Pro in my living room, and overall it’s been great. The adjustable white light is bright enough for everyday use, and the RGB color ring adds a really fun, customizable vibe. It’s perfect for movie nights, relaxing evenings, or just changing the mood of a room. What I like:Flexible lighting: You can dim it, switch between warm and cool whites, or pick from millions of colors. The DIY color options let you create any mood you want.Smart controls: Works well with Alexa, Google Assistant, and the app. Changing brightness or colors is super convenient without having to get up.Fun extras: The music-sync mode and pre-set scenes make it feel playful and modern. Great for entertaining or just experimenting with different looks. What could be better:Occasional connectivity issues: Sometimes the app takes a moment to reconnect or the light loses connection if Wi-Fi is a bit spotty. No wall-dimmer support: You can’t use older-style dimmer switches; it has to be controlled via app or voice.Colors aren’t for task lighting: The RGB effects are fun, but if you need bright, clear light for reading or detailed work, stick with the adjustable white.Bottom line:This is a smart, versatile light that adds style and mood to any room. It’s not perfect, but the mix of practical white lighting and fun color features makes it a solid choice for anyone looking to upgrade their home lighting without breaking the bank.
