The Lumary 4 Inch Smart WiFi Recessed Light seems to be of the same quality as other LED lights I've ordered, which is to say it is acceptable. No cheap plastic box and the wiring follows US coloring standards. Connection is easy with the supplied wire nuts, but you'll need to provide a wiring bushing where your power cable enters the metal box knockout.
I found it a bit curious that the spring mounting clips were not installed on the lamp. If you look at the picture you'll see the clips are loose and you have to "install" them yourself. Not a huge deal, just strange.
After powering up it will start flashing, indicating it is in pairing mode. You'll need to download the Luminary app, which has a typical registration process, and then start to pair. Here you may run into a bit of frustration as you can only pair when connected to a 2.4Ghz WiFi network. It will warn you "you are connected to a 5Ghz network", but my WiFi doesn't have the option to select the frequency. Consequentially it failed to connect. After attempting the manual paring, which also failed, a second attempt paired, even though my phone was still connected 5Ghz.. I get that they (and it's not just this manufacturer) don't want to include a 5Ghz antenna in a IoT device, and it's not really their fault that my mesh WiFi automatically select, but I wish there was a better way.
Once connected the app works ok. I didn't dig really deep, but I haven't found a place to set the exact color (i.e. red, green, blue). Maybe there is, but all I found was numerous "scenes" that set colors and or color rotation.
It will work with Alexa and Google Home, so once they are paired with the Luminary app you can turn it on/off and set dimming level there.
