I like how bright it is. It is more expensive than other ropes and now I see why. The material is 80% flexible, and I say this because its way thicker (better quality) than other neon rope lights. You will not be able to do ninety degree turns. But that shows it is built to last. The thickness also hides the LED dots. Looks so much more professional. Other than the thickness, the possibilities are endless to outline your landscape. Color transitions are awesome! Controlling through the app is easy, it comes preset with different variations, you can set a schedule and forget it. It is waterproof, except for the plug. I just put mine in an outdoor box.

I had no issues with my WiFi connecting to the device. Note, I do have an extender to reach outside.

Last thing, it comes with landscape anchors, and screw on anchors, both great. If I bring it inside, Im planning on using double sided tape to place clips on wall for the rope.

I ordered this Lumary outdoor neon/rope light to go around the trunk of a palm tree in our backyard, and we think it looks awesome. The color choices are endless, and the colors are very bright and vibrant. This neon/rope light makes it very easy to add a lot of pizzazz to your backyard.

However, with that said, just so you know, this neon/rope does NOT put out very much a light. The primary purpose of this light is for the previously mentioned pizzazz. In fact, I would say its ONLY for the pizzazz. So do keep that in mind.

You have full control over this light by using the Lumary app on your smartphone. Additionally, you can also control this light via your voice with Alexa, Siri or Google Assistant.

The best thing about this light is that the Lumary app gives you complete control of the light. You can choose the exact single color you want, and there are also several dynamic modes. The app also makes it super easy to set the light up for different holidays or events. For example, you could make the light red, white and blue for the 4th of July. Nice!

Anyway, as long as youre aware that this light is for ambiance only, I am nearly certain that you will be very happy with it. We like it a lot.
