Lumary Smart RGBAI Recessed Light | 4-in-1 Lighting | Multiple Scenes

These guys are a bunch of fun this time of year. I put them on red and green for Xmas and then don't need to string lights on that part of the house! Then, because of the 'glow' lights you can indirectly light the porch in various whites or colors. That keeps bugs down at times and makes it 'calmer' to sit out there for a nice evening beverage with the color temperature, brightness, etc. Then you have the down light part when you want to read a book on the porch. As I said, versatile!

These lights are really nice. You can use siri or Google assistant to control them.

I must admit I was a little confused when I ordered this. I don't have any recessed lights. I do live in a 125 year old home with limited lighting options. So I definitely found a need for this. My installation was a bit unconventional but was incredibly easy. It works flawlessly with my smart home setup. This was placed in a location of my home that had absolutely no light and was rather dangerous traversing at night. I am beyond pleased with the safety this is bringing. Well worth the price, in my opinion. And such a low power draw. I even ran this on a small power station for a few hours.

Awesome lighting. App works pretty well and alexa integration is awesome although you can't use all the settings with alexa.

The light is easy to install, I was switching out 'dumb' recessed lights so cables and hole was already cut.

Lights them selves have a temperature tunable white light in the center that can get very bright and a halo of 12 lights that are each tunable to any color and comes with effects of pulsing or chasing around the center light. In the app they are treated like two separate lights, and this is what shows up in your smart home set up as well.

Lumary is bang for its buck compared to the big names. Their products themselves are top notch, I have been using them for years. The app has some quarks, and could use some more intuitive features, but small price to pay.

I had an issue with Google home not working with Lumary. Started a support ticket and they did something on their end with in 12 hours and fixed the issue. Was very surprised and happy at how good the support was. Have only used support twice in the 5 years of Lumary, both times they resolved my issue quickly.
